Abstract

Teaching is not merely a profession it is regarded as a pious activity since the advent of human civilization. Though as a profession it is not much attractive for many youths because of low salary and low social status yet in present India the education sector is one of the largest employing sector whether it is government job or private. That’s why at present essentiality of B.Ed. course is being understood by the masses because schools prefer trained teachers for teaching and a sudden splurge has been noticed in the field of education where more and more people want to achieve this degree anyhow.
