India is like a flower vase in which more flowers are getting blossomed with different smells, colors, race, community and varieties , but only one flower could not blossom ,because of other flower impediments ,inadequate water , poor management , and cattle grazing .This flower was named by Indian society as Dalit women as vulnerable community among the affluent , wealthy and power classes , who are not allowing the Dalit community to grow , compete and progress along with other people in the society even though they had constitutional remedies and rights. The reason is most of the government covenant services are occupied by the elite class in the India government structure they are functioning internally and unconsciously against the Dalit people life along with the political power as un answerably .
