Abstract

Ever since the breakdown of the erstwhile USSR, the global order has witnessed the transformation of global peace in the region to the geopolitical chessboard of great rivalries. This paper tries to deal with the analysis and solutions to the legal questions and principles pertaining to the current Russia-Ukraine War. The legality of numerous aspects like Russia’s Escalation, Use of Force, Legal Submissions in ICJ, Human Rights Violation, and TRIPS commitment have been dealt with in this paper with due diligence.
