Abstract

In the present article, an attempt has been made to make a comparative study of women of Delhi and Bihar in the context of political and educational empowerment. This article is related to Dalit women of Delhi and women who migrated from Bihar to Delhi. Most of the Dalit women are the natives of Delhi and the women of Bihar refer to the migrant women who are living migrant life from Bihar to Delhi. Women of Delhi include women from castes like Jatav, Balmiki, Sonkar, Dhobi and Koli etc.
