Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of internal marketing on HR practices by the private sector banks in Odisha. The increase in the number of private sector banks economy required to ensure a value in the human capital. To attract and retain the external customer the banks should focused on internal customers for create a competitive advantage through job satisfaction.
