Abstract

Based on recent pandemic, online training was a literal mark for learning and educating the buzz whereas, offline training was and still the main focus of every individual. Training is the act of growing the expertise and ability of a worker for doing a selected task. The importance of face-to-face interaction in education, for example, is crucial.
