Abstract

The present paper tries to delve into one of the pertinent questions amongst the foreign policy makers of India, “Do Indian states assert themselves in formulation of Indian foreign policy?” In other words, “Can there be any possibility of Co-operative federalism in near future concerning Indian foreign policy formulation?”
