Abstract

Dress code for work is always a contentious topic in the Organisational behaviour studies. Some are of the opinion that formal dress code makes a difference in their approach to their work. Some are of the opinion that casual dressing enables productivity. The present study is focussed on both the opinions and aims to contribute facts through primary data collected from corporate workers belonging to different age groups.
