Abstract

Bhagwat Gita is among the most ancient scriptures of mankind written in a highly scientific manner. The teachings of Bhagwat Gita are often perceived and used as religious teachings associated with a particular religion, Hinduism, despite the fact that its scope goes beyond geographical and cultural boundaries that has withstood the tests of time. The very fact the lessons given in each of its verses had withstood the test of time and is still relevant as ever before. Bhagwat Geeta has significantly influenced Indian art, culture and way of life. The paper examines each of the chapter of Bhagwat Geeta with its present day significance.
