Abstract

The primary goal of this study was to look at consumers' impressions of bank service quality in cooperative banks and RRBs. A questionnaire was used to collect data for the study. A total of 65 questionnaires were submitted. For the study, the researcher used a customized SERVQUAL model with five components. The researcher came up with three critical hypotheses for the study. Statistical analysis was performed on the data using the ANOVA, t-test, Pearson's coefficient of correlation, and linear regression methods.
