Abstract

Bangladesh can outdistance India over the next few years in terms of various social indicators. Such as education, health, gender equality, and employment opportunities. It is a labour-intensive country that has shown incredible social development in recent years. Which has ultimately led to an acceleration of economic growth. However, India needs to learn some lessons to receive the fruits of the demographic dividend phase.
