Abstract

The objective of the present study is to observe the expert’s adherence of scholar educators in relation to their job satisfaction and gender differences. Scholar educators are versatile. In other words, the job satisfaction of the scholar educators strengthens the expert’s adherence on their part.Scholars are said to be the root of education.
