Abstract

This study was initiated with the vison of providing some clues to the upcoming Judo talent from different parts of India. Strength plays a key role in determining high level judo performance. Thus setting up some benchmark which fairly evaluates strengths of almost all major muscle groups of the body. This study was conducted over 10 male national level Judokas practicing at different district stadiums of Haryana.
