The policy is going bring a revolutionary change in nations system of education; with in this context I have made an attempt to say a few points the essence of the first Indian education act in Colonial India during the 19th century. The English Education Act 1835 first time on Indians imposes by the British with justifying the Vernacular Languages. It may be the reason India has united and learn to teach a lesson to the West. Though Indians accepted English unwillingly it has turned as a boon to the Modern India. It has opened great avenues in the field of Education, business, and Polity. We proved with this education in the world. I have made an attempt to throw a glance at the pre and post 1835 Act in India.
