Abstract

Corporate governance is a principal requirement for any business organisation worldwide. It’s the mechanism for directing and controlling businesses. Corporate governance refers to allocating rights and responsibilities among several stakeholders participating in a corporate organisation. It’s a set of principles that assists the corporate and the members of the board of directors to deal with the company’s challenges in an efficient manner. It is mainly concerned with managerial performance and organisational structure.
