Abstract

Coping mechanism can be understood via defense mechanism as Anna Freud in 1894 noted variety of ego defense mechanism. Coping mechanism refers a strategy which means where a person relies to get out of the situation whether it is related to manage stress or any troubles one face in life, it somewhat what we plan or intentional choices as we need to get out of the issue. There isn’t any as such consensus, around a single definition of well-being, but there is general agreement that at least,well-being includes the presence of positive emotions and moods, the absence of negative emotions such as depression and satisfaction with life, fulfillment and positive functioning.
