Abstract

In this paper, an attempt is made to examine India's taxation structure by comparing it to that of other countries. With the economies of some developed and developing nations a sample of five countries is chosen for the comparison. and comparing their tax regimes to those of other countries in terms of metrics such as tax to GDP, India is a leader. Tax rates, ratio in order to comply with tax laws, you'll need to set aside some time. the total number of tax payments, Ease of Making Tax Payments, Ease of Making Tax Payments doing business, and so on. It was discovered that the majority of these India's tax parameters Structure is still lagging behind. than the other countries that were considered.
