Abstract

Cash is the important current asset for the operations of the business. Cash is the basic input needed to keep the business running on a continuous basis; it is also the ultimate output expected to the realized by selling the service or product manufactured by the firm. Cash is the money which a firm can disburse immediately without any restriction. Cash flow is a circle. The quantum and speed of the flow can be regulated through prudent financial planning facilitating the running of business with the minimum cash balance. A business has to raise funds to the extent and for the period of deficits. Rising of funds at minimum cost is one of the important facts of cash management. The survival of any organization is highly depends on how the cash are managed.
