Abstract

The present study shows the relationship between the higher education and human capital, it founds how education important for human capital formation and shown the existing level of education and human capital in Jammu and Kashmir during period of 2000-2015. The percentage growth was found with help of simple formula of Microsoft excels and find the relation between higher education and human capital with the help of SPSS software. The study found the positive growth rate and significant relation between higher education and human capital formation.
