Abstract

Science and Technology has given many great invention to the world over a period of time to make human life easier and telemedicine is one the most important gift to the humanity. The Journey of Telemedicine started by transmitting ECG over telephone lines in the first half of the 20th century now today, telemedicine has changed greatly and travel a long way in terms of healthcare delivery and technology and that credit goes to NASA and ISRO. Telemedicine is now become important part of health care industry. Government of India given approval and proper guide line for telemedicine in the beginning of pandemic and launched e-Sanjeewani before pandemic there was not clear cut instruction .Telemedicine has supported to great level of poor Indian health care infrastructure in pandemic. The Purpose of this study to analyse Telemedicine and its emerging challenges and opportunity of Indian health care industry .Study is based on Published Paper ,reports ,journals that suggest pandemic played big role in sudden surge of telemedicine
