Abstract

It has been observed through decades that working conditions of employees in public sector organizations are full of problems and challenges such as gender discrimination, workload due to scarcity of employees, lack of basic operational facilities and to an extent the non-support of senior officials and colleagues. On the other hand, the employees are exposed to certain vulnerable working environment as well as variable degree of workload and pressure to accomplish organizational as well as operational jobs.
