Abstract

Exercise is performed for a variety of reasons. They could include aiding rehabilitation and growth, improving strength, developing muscles and athletic abilities, cutting fat, improving health or simply for recreation. Along with these benefits, exercise also helps in optimizing mental health. It directly boosts mood, concentration and alertness.
