Abstract

Knowledge management (recognition, benchmarking, value creation, employee value, opportunities to experiment and learn about customers, opportunities to experiment and learn about products and services, opportunities to experiment and learn about technologies and internal operations, knowledge sharing, transfer, external sources of knowledge, and value creation) is one of the most important fields in today's organization in order to improve performance. The purpose of this study was to look at the link between knowledge management techniques and academic performance in public higher education institutions.
