Abstract

The recent growth in the market have stimulated the organization to provide best of the employees competences towards the value creation of the companies. In this regard it becomes imperative to understand the various competency building programs organized by the ITES towards their respective employees. The research paper is an attempt to understand the various competency building organized by the ITES companies and its impact on creating values to the organsiation. Further the paper is an attempt to understand the various stimulating factors which stimulates the employees to perform higher as per need of the organization. The changing trends and dynamics of the markets has forced the business organizations to provide the quality inputs among the employees which can stimulate the employees towards higher growth in the market.
