Indian Classical Music is the essence of Indian culture and tradition. This study attempts to explore the effect of Indian classical music (Hindustani or Carnatic) on Spirituality of a selected population. Data was gathered from 30 trained musicians and 30 non-musicians. The tool used to assess the spirituality was the Spirituality scale designed and standardized by Genia (1997). The obtained data were tabulated and analyzed using ‘t’ test. This study implicated statistically significant difference in spirituality between trained classical musicians and non-musicians.
