Abstract

Investment is critical factor for the economic and social development of any country. It channelizes the saving into productive resources which leads to the development of economy. The material worth of economy is ultimately determined by its productive capacity and overall productive capacity is largely dependent on investment. Investment is not only necessary from economic point of view but it also plays a critical role in enhancement of net worth of individual human being. It can provide good return and help in enhancement of principal amount if it is done wisely otherwise it may create a hazards of principal lost.
