Abstract

School teachers are exposed to high level of stress. Socio-demographic variables, salary, working environment, work pressure play a significant role in causing stress. Many researchers have carried study on stress management among school teachers and identified factors causing stress. This paper focuses on factors viz.. Work load, Powerlessness, Role ambiguity, Role conflict, Motivlessness and Frail interpersonal relationship among these dimensions which causes more stress.
