Abstract

Tourism in Uttar Pradesh has taken severe setback post covid-19 pandemic. In particular, the tourists destinations are urged to attract ad bring out value of products and services in post pandemic recovery programs. The paper argues that destination based services to be prioritised while drafting tourism recovery strategy. For sustainable development of the tourism industry government need to come forward by helping the sector with soft loans, working capital and deferment on loan repayments which is inevitable in this situation.
