Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has radically altered many aspects of society. It has a notable economic impact on industries. The workplace has changed into an online platform to perform the work. The current research examines the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic on performance management in Hyderabad-based IT firms. Covid-19 made it difficult for employees to create long and short-term goals, the Performance management system has become more challenging to assess employee performance. Organizations have found it challenging to monitor performance and productivity from a WFH perspective—a simple random sampling technique used to discover the bottlenecks. An in-depth structured questionnaire was used among 78 respondents of an Information Technology organization.
