Abstract

The research aimed to study the effect of life skills training on mental health of senior secondary school students. Method: The study population included 60 students, both boys and girls in the age group of 16-19 years, who are studying in +1 and +2 classes in Government senior secondary smart school in Patiala district of Punjab. This was a one-group, pre-test, post-test, quasi-experimental research. Life skills training programme was conducted in 20 sessions for 40 minutes each. General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-28) was distributed before and after the life skills training for data collection.
