Abstract

The present research paper purported to study and review the existing Business Ethics (BE) and Corporate Governance (CG) Practices in selected small and mid-cap companies in India. Secondary data is used for examining the business ethics and corporate governance practices in the Indian context. The data is obtained from the annual reports of the selected Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Listed companies.
