Abstract

Brand awareness has evolved into a critical factor that influences customer views of a company. Understanding and managing brand image and loyalty appropriately to build strong traits that will influence consumers when making decisions is the key to success in brand management. Brand awareness is critical in purchasing decisions because customers must remember the brand in the context of a certain product category. Brand awareness increases the likelihood that the brand will be included in the consideration set. Individuals interact with businesses in the same manner they interact with people, according to study conducted by various colleges.
