Abstract

In context to this paper, it can be said that ‘Art’ plays a vital role in defining society and acts as a critical vehicle for socializing. Although perceptions of designers'/artists' expectations fluctuate with time, new and stricter professional norms are established on a regular basis. This paper addresses the contextual aspects associated with art. The objectives of this paper are to understand the state of continuous transformation and refining in the art form. While studying the subject of art and its history, the main focus is laid on the study of important technical innovations. Concerning contemporary artists, digital technologies allow artists to follow experimental approaches. These approaches were addressed in context to this paper. All the mentioned techniques can assist in the shaping and changing of artistic expressions.
