Abstract

The field of HR analytics has been developing at a great pace, adding immense value to the organization, its people, and the business. Research in the field of analytics proves that its effectiveness improves as the organization enhances its advanced analytics capabilities. Therefore, organizations must work towards developing their analytics capabilities and moving up the maturity ladder. Employing predictive or prescriptive analytics and utilizing the insights for strategic decision-making defines a high maturity level of analytics.
