Abstract

We are living in an era of rapid and unusual changing environment. To adjust ourselves to this changed condition of living, we require a system of education, completely re-oriented and adopted to the needs of the day (Hiroaki Ogata and Yoneo Yano, 2004). The Information and Communications Technologies (ICTs) are changing the roles and relationships of teachers and learners by interfering and changing their interaction. After the initial impact of computers and their applications in education, the introduction of e-learning and m-learning epitomized/summarized the constant transformations that were occurring in education (Vicki Jones and Jun H. Jo, 2004).
