Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic affected badly every human life in the world. It affected drastically all sectors like corporate sectors, small businesses sectors, service sectors, agriculture sectors, employment sectors, education sectors. It also affected badly the personal, social and family life of human beings. In more than 200 countries in the world, more than 1.6 billion learners and in India, more than 32 crores learners were stopped to go their schools and colleges for traditional learning. In this pandemic situation, educational institutions and learners took it in positive ways and adopted online learning technique. Various online learning platforms were adopted by educational institutions in this pandemic situation. Students and teachers both developed their soft skills in this pandemic situation. This is an attempt to provide a comprehensive report on impact of covid – 19 pandemics on higher education in Maharashtra.
