Abstract

Educational Anxiety is a part of academic anxiety, here educational anxiety means clearness the basic concept of educational anxiety when academic anxiety, academic achievement refined personality. Anxiety is much harder to pinpoint and can lie a constellation. Those who have anxiety disorders they face many difficulties to live a normal life. Yogic exercises are more beneficial for body organs and remove the stiffness in the body. When their pace is regulated then the body mind and intelligence will be balanced. This is the sign of good health. Yoga is being adopted as a multi beneficial tool to manage the problems of all aspects of human life.
