Abstract

In the present scenario of primary education, there is no dearth of saying about "we need this or that....”. Only the question arises as to how to achieve the goal. Some of the 'tractable' process indicators are pupils' perception of their teachers, head teacher's cooperation to teachers, community participation in school processes, pupils inclination to their teacher, instructional approach in the class room, head teacher's concern for students matter were established as determinants of schooling outcome. lt is a fact that some of the process variables are difficult to measure precisely. Further these variables are interactive at school level.
