Human Resource division is the foundation for any business premises. It deals with the management and administration of employees. The department is engaged in managing the most difficult work of hiring and rising employees. Many challenges have to be faced in its day to day work culture. Moreover with the passage of time, more challenges are adding into the pipeline to be taken care of. The sudden outbreak of Covid pandemic has resulted in enhancing the HR apprehensions. This has resulted in introducing pandemic challenges. The present research paper deals in understanding the impact of the pandemic over the efficiency of HR functions and so the challenges faced. It may contribute in understanding the organizations capability to cope up with the delicate environment. The paper is a conceptual paper and observed the various reviews in this subject matter.
