Abstract

Bail is very important part of criminal justice system as its meaning is concerned that is procurement of release from prison of a person awaiting trial. As bail is about the release of the person so the relevancy of the individual liberty as guaranteed by Article 21 of the Constitution comes in question while deciding bail application.
