Abstract

Emotional Intelligence plays an important role in decision making in every area of life. Researchers like: Joseph, Jin, Newman, & O’Boyle, 2015; Joseph & Newman, 2010 have supported that performance and results of the students depends on how well they are able to manage emotions and mind. So the study is mainly concerned with analysis of the Emotional Intelligence of students and its relation with academic performance.
