Child Marriage is known as the most discussed topic when it comes to the discussion of the protection of the Human Rights of the vulnerable classes. Child is known as the future of the nation and it needs to be protected. Under the present paper, the researcher has critically analyzed the statutory status of Child Marriage by the way of examining the legislative history as well as the current legal scenario pertaining to Child Marriage.
