LOANS, GUARANTEE AND SECURITY IN A NUTSHELL

This paper will explore the three terms of the corporate world that is LOANS, GUARANTEE, AND SECURITY. While evaluating these three terms we are going to point out differing kinds of loans and therefore the celebrated case of Vijay Mallya and also the complications that were there in this said case. Once we discuss guarantee within the second a part of this paper, we will discuss the definition of guarantee, how this can be enforceable within the corporate world, and when can this be terminated along with some cases. In the last chapter of this paper, we are going to discuss the term Security where will mention Primary and Collateral Security, and eventually, this discussion is summed up by the conclusion.
