Abstract

This is the quintessence of Indianness that wishes everyone to be happy and contented.India has a long history of invasion, conquest and defeat. The invaders who came and settled here by marrying Inndian women brought with them their own culture and religion.Hinduism, like an ocean assimilated them in itself and kept growing and flourishing richer day by day. Every religion in India has this distinct flavour of Indianness called tolerance, love and sacrifice. It is impossible to know India without its religious beliefs and practices, which has a deep impact on the personal lives of most Indians.
