Human right are inalienable rights which are possessed by every human being irrespective of one’s race, religion, nationality, language, culture, sex or any other factor that distinguish human being from each other. The concept of human right is based on the assumption that every human being is born equal in dignity and rights. These are moral claims which are inalienable and inherent in all individual by virtue of their humanity alone, irrespective of caste, colour, creed and place of birth, sex, cultural difference or any other consideration.
