Abstract

This paper is concerned with raising some fundamental questions about two of the most important issues in the world today: First: Questions about the nature and relationship between Governance, Accountability and headship. Secondly: How these issues are related to the inter-related subjects of learning and knowledge management? The core of the debate about headship should be more about how, and what, we learn about Accountability, rather than the traditional pre-occupation with Governance.
