Abstract

An in-depth understanding of consumer’s preferences through demographic analysis can contribute in predicting the demand for health insurance. The study aims to find out the relationship of demographic characteristics of the respondents with product quality and service quality. Product quality and service quality came out as the high influencing factors and these factors vary significantly across different demographic characteristics of the respondents.
