Abstract

Pandemics are events which are recurring and predictable which have a profound effect on human lives globally. The effect is health related and economic as well. Even though the occurrence of pandemic is predictable, the nature of pandemic is highly unpredictable. Based on the nature of the pandemic, the effect of the pandemic varies and so does the optimal solution to deal with the pandemic.
