Abstract

The intellectual assets certainly treated as success behind any of the corporate in the modern service oriented organization structure. The same applicable to Hospital industry where effective and efficient staff contribution will improve the Hospital name and fame in the market and it will also fetch good reputation to concern hospital staff. One of the main goals of Human Resource Management (HRM) is to increase the efficiency of organizations. However, few studies have explicitly addressed the multidimensional character of performance and linked HR practices to various outcome dimensions.
