Continuing towards pursuance of quality, all Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) are now being covered under the process of Accreditation as per latest government regulations. There are a number of agencies regarding accreditation of HEIs and the most common among them is the (NAAC) National Assessment and Accreditation Council. NAAC is providing services since 1994, as an autonomous institution of the University Grants Commission (UGC) with its Head Quarter in Bangaluru. The process of NAAC is a two side coin as having simplicity and complications both. In order to bring out the quality level the NAAC has determined 7 criteria for overall analysis of HEIs. The mandate of NAAC as reflected in its vision statement is in making quality assurance an integral part of the functioning of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). This article is restricted to the study of the first criteria from the seven and that is the Curriculum Aspect. The present study is conducted in order to present the ways that can help affiliating institutions to achieve maximum numbers under this criteria. The objective is to propose all key aspects including suggestions and help for better quality delivery of higher education.
